NO ROADS to cross to the beach! NO HIGHER RATES ON LOCAL EVENT DATES. Don't sacrifice space, comfort and beach proximity for the rate. This ocean-view 3rd floor condo is in a direct-beach front complex and the rates are pretty close to what you would pay for a much smaller unit and most likely not right on the beach side.

AND GUESS WHAT!!!! WE DON'T CHARGE HIGHER RATES FOR special-events-days!

OUR MAIN CONCERN IS THAT YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE CONDO DURING YOUR STAY.

Ocean views and sounds of the ocean 24/7. Meticulously clean, spacious unit. If you want a peaceful family-oriented environment but still be close to the action of World-famous Daytona Beach and within 1 hour or less from most major Florida attractions, then this private condo, with all the comfort of a home, and reasonable rates, would be an excellent choice.

Private ocean-view balcony. Uncrowded car-free semi-private beach. Building amenities include: On-site management office; his and hers sauna room, nicely equipped exercise room, game room, social room, elevator and laundry room on each floor. Open-ocean-front swimming pool. Privately assigned underground garage parking with security gate. Building has camera monitored security system and entrance.

This is a prime ocean-front location in Ormond By the Sea. Near many conveniences. Small shopping center with grocery store, dollar store, clothes outlet store, restaurants, bank, and gas stations are nearby. Just about 8 minute drive to Daytona Beach and approximately 1 hour from Walt Disney World. Famous oldest town in Florida (St. Augustine) is about 45-50 minute drive as well as the Kennedy Space Center. The Chocolate Factory is about 12-minute drive. Daytona SpeedWay is about 15-minute drive.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: 2 months during Winter and Spring.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS/ANIMALS.

RATE: Is for up to 4 people.

PAYMENT: Bank Certified check, money order, cashier's check. Please inquire information if you would like to pay with Master Card or Visa which may be accepted as a mode of payment at the owner's discretion.

$280 (this amount is in addition to the rental rates, taxes and the departure cleaning fee) must be initially paid to reserve the unit at least 90 calendar days prior to desired check-in date. Then the rental cost total, including the $65 departure cleaning fee, must be paid at least 60 calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

CANCELLATION REFUNDS: Moneys received minus $280 will be refunded for cancellations that are received by the owners at least 45 calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in date. No refunds given for cancellations received less than 45 calendar days.

The $280 that was initially paid to reserve the unit will be used as a damage/rental-terms compliance security deposit and will be refunded within 15 calendar days after your departure IF when we clean and inspect the condo there are no damages to the unit and/or its content, if there are no missing items, if there are no indications that smoking took place in the unit and all keys, parking permit decals, and parking garage remote control openers were all returned undamaged at check-out time. This deposit amount will be reduced for excessive cleaning and/or laundry.

CLEANING FEE: One-time departure cleaning fee of $65 for each rental period.

TRAILERS/COMMERCIAL VEHICLES NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES. CONDO RULES OF CONDUCT/RENTAL TERMS GIVEN AT CHECK-IN.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 noon.

Check-in and check-out times will remain fixed unless different times are requested at least 7 days in advance.
