This condo resides in a quiet, quaint neighborhood called Arbor Lakes across the street from complex The Trails. It has easy access to the beach, 95, US 1, Shopping center, Hospital, Gym & YMCA, & University. It is also close the Destination Daytona and the International Speedway.

Short term and long term lease options. Monthly rent fee of $1000 which includes association fee, pool use, garbage, lawn and pest control. Condo houses up to 6 people most comfortably 2 couples or good for 2 roommates and/or business professionals.

Downstairs is a large fully loaded kitchen with eat in space, a half bathroom, and large living/dinning room with new hardwood floors. Plenty of cabinet and clost space as well. French doors open to the back patio which is fenced in and has a storage shed.

Each bedroom is spacious and has its own private full bath and plenty of closet space (both on the second floor) and new carpeting.

I went with my husband and son and it was the most relaxing stay. We were away from all the tourism madness in this hidden paradise, but still close enough to make our way. The condo was a lot bigger than we expected,again the convenience to walk to shops and sites with the piece and quiet we wanted.  more...
