Description of the Ormond Beach vacation condo rental

Bright and open Florida decor condominium. Fully furnished including DVD player, cable TV's and radio. Kitchen offers breakfast island, open to dining and living room. Convenient 1st floor bathroom as well as bathroom upstairs between guest bedroom and master bedroom. Balconies off living room and master bedroom. Wake up and view the ocean, enjoy the sunrise from your bed or just relax in the living room and watch for possible sightings of dolphins. Covered parking is available as well as a parking space for your guest. Swimming pool on property. A separate coin operated laundry is located on the premises. No boats, campers, RV'S or trailers are allowed. (Association Rules) 1st. floor unit, easy access to parking space. Small, quiet community with a traffic free beach. End unit with ocean view from ALL rooms. If unit is not available on the dates you are interested in, contact me, there may be other units available. "Call for unadvertised specials!!!!"

Daytona Beach is only a few minutes away. Daytona Speedway, Flea Market and LPGA golfing is within a 30 minute ride. Approxmiately 60 to 70 minutes to all major attractions including Disney, Discovery Cove, Epcot and Sea World. Restaurants galore offering all types of cuisine. St. Augustine, World's oldest city, is also within an hours ride. Kennedy Space Center, 55 miles.

• Deposits: $300.00 Security, due within one week of securing rental. Refundable providing cancellation is received within a 2 week period prior to arrival date. Excess cleaning and laundry will be deducted from Security deposit. Inspect unit upon arrival to be sure all is in working order. Notify owner/property manager. Numbers will be provided at time of securing rental. Must be at least 25 to secure rental.
   
• Other Fees: One time cleaning fee 75.00 Unit is also available on a monthly basis. One month - $1675.00 + tax and cleaning fee

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Beach was very nice and private. View from the condo was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!!!
