Description of the Ormond Beach vacation condo rental

Florida ocean front view condominium. Take a week off during the summer and enjoy being right on the beach! Renting now months between June 2013and Dec 2013at r $1750 per month! Fully furnished; all you have to do is bring your own personal items. Open kitchen leads to dining and living room with balcony. Two baths, one downstairs and one between the two bedrooms upstairs. Balconies off living room and master bedroom with direct ocean views. Cable TV upstairs and down. Covered parking for tenant and one space for a guest. Starboard Light swimming pool located directly in front of building with great ocean views. A separate coin operated laundry is located on the premises. No boats, campers, RV'S or trailers are allowed. (Association Rules) Easy access to parking space. Small, quiet community with a traffic free beach.

Area Information

Condo is located directly on A1A just north of Daytona with it's famous speedway and bike weeks. Just south of Flagler Beach and Palm Coast and St. Augustine. Just an hour from all the theme parks, Disney, Discovery Cove, Epcot and Sea World. Many golf courses within 30 minutes of the condo. Abundant and varied restaurants available. Watch the dolphins from the balcony. Take long strolls on the beach and relax.

It Was Ideal, Just Across From Ocean, Nice People, Condo Had Great Layout (we Loved Two Balconies ) And Elevator Was Handy. Any Needs Just A Few Miles Away. Even Caught A Couple Of Fish.

We were very pleased with the condo; great location and fantastic neighbors. There was a problem when we arrived; the dishwasher was leaking (Saturday), and plumber could not come to repair until Monday. After mopping 3 different times and using 10 towels, we began our vacation. I would highly recommend this condo to others; great accommodations and great views of the ocean. P.Malcolm
