Florida ocean front view condominium. Snowbirds, renting now for months between Nov-Mar at $1200 per month! Fully furnished; all you have to do is bring your own personal items. Open kitchen leads to dining and living room with balcony. Two baths, one downstairs and one between the two bedrooms upstairs. Balconies off living room and master bedroom with direct ocean views. Cable TV upstairs and down. Covered parking for tenant and one space for a guest. Starboard Light swimming pool located directly in front of building with great ocean views. A separate coin operated laundry is located on the premises. No boats, campers, RV'S or trailers are allowed. (Association Rules) Easy access to parking space. Small, quiet community with a traffic free beach.

Condo is located directly on A1A just north of Daytona with it's famous speedway and bike weeks. Just south of Flagler Beach and Palm Coast and St. Augustine. Just an hour from all the theme parks, Disney, Discovery Cove, Epcot and Sea World. Many golf courses within 30 minutes of the condo. Abundant and varied restaurants available. Watch the shuttle launches from Kennedy Space center from the balconies! Take long strolls on the beach and relax.

- Other Fees: January - March 2008 $500/week, $900/ 2 weeks or $1,200 monthly
April - May 2009: $500/week $800/2 weeks or $1,200 monthly
June - August 2009: $700/week or $1,800 monthly
Special events: Bike week, Daytona Race Week, 4th of July are $100 extra per stay.
*Please add $70 for cleaning and 12.5% tax
One time cleaning fee 75.00 Unit is also available on a monthly basis. One month - $1200 - $1800 (depending on season) + tax and cleaning fee
