Covered parking for tenant and one space for a guest. Starboard Light swimming pool located directly in front of building with great ocean views. A separate coin operated laundry is located on the premises. No boats, campers, RV'S or trailers are allowed. (Association Rules) Easy access to parking space. Small, quiet community with a traffic free beach.
