This beautifully remodeled beach cottage is privately owned and newly furnished throughout, with all the right touches to make your vacation stay a memorable one. The wide, sandy, traffic-free beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a short walk away '''perfect for a safe and relaxing getaway for the whole family.

All three bedrooms have queen sized beds, plenty of storage space, and ceiling fans. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, granite counters and bar top, new cabinets, and tile backsplash. The rear yard is privately fenced with a large deck and covered patio with plenty of seating.

Area Description

Ormond Beach is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation experience. Its peaceful, secluded feel and semi-private beaches make for a laidback atmosphere that will surround you throughout your visit. However, the best part about Ormond Beach is its convenient location to many of Florida 's most sought after attractions:

Orlando ( 60-90 min ): Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, church street station downtown, Orlando Magic, entertainment, shopping, dining, etc.

St. Augustine ( 45 min ): Many historic sites, guided tours, unique shops, art galleries, dining, world golf village, etc. Plus it 's an awesome drive up A1A with the Ocean along side you the whole way.

Palm Coast ( 15 min ): 5 Jack Nicolas golf courses.

Daytona Beach ( 10 min ): Daytona International Speedway, water parks, Oceanwalk ( movies, restaurants, shopping ).

Tomoka State Park ( 10 min ): Fishing, boating, hiking, and camping. There are walking and biking paths in the park, wooded campsites, and guided canoe tours along the Tomoka and Halifax rivers.

Kennedy Space Center ( 45 min )

Ponce Inlet ( 25 min ): Sun-Cruise Casino

Public Golf course ( 5 min )

This cottage is very clean and comfortable. The newly furnished rooms are modern yet cozy with a tranquil beach theme throughout the house. The beds are very comfortable and linens are ample. The back deck is awesome - propane grill, large table and stereo speakers (however bring bug repellent...it is Florida). The neighborhood is quiet, not touristy, and the neighbors are friendly. Beach is a short walk, shopping is close by also. I will definetly be staying at this house again.

We enjoyed the entire vacation. Having room to spread out was great. Great house for a family. We were able to enjoy the beach and even traveled to Disney one day. GREAT!

My family really enjoyed staying in Ormond Beach. The cottage was in walking distance to the ocean or the Halifax River. There were beautiful parks all over the area and I would recommend staying at the clean, nicely furnished cottage to anyone.
