LOVELY BRICK HOUSE WITH OCEAN VIEWS(FIRST HOUSE FROM OCEAN) CORNER LOT WITH POOL AND 6 FOOT BLOCK PRIVACY FENCE ENCLOSING THE PROPERTY. IT ALSO HAS AN AIR CONDITIONED SUNROOM WITH PATIO DOORS OVERLOOKING THE POOL. THE COUCH IN THE SUNROOM IS A QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA.
YOU HAVE DIRECT BEACH ACCESS WITH AN OCEAN FRONT WALKWAY WITH SEATING TO ENJOY THE SUNRISES. YOU ALSO HAVE A KEY TO A DOCK ON THE HALIFAX RIVER WITH SEATING TO ENJOY THE SUNSETS. THESE ARE MAINTAINED BY THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION.
YOU ARE 50 YARDS FROM THE OCEAN AND 4 BLOCKS FROM THE HALIFAX RIVER WHICH IS AT THE OTHER END OF MY STREET.
THE LAWN AND POOL ARE SERVICED BY PROFESSIONALS.
You also have high speed internet.

Area Description
DAYTONA BEACH IS JUST SOUTH OF HERE AND ST. AUGUSTINE IS 50 MILES NORTH OF HERE. DISNEY IS ABOUT 80 MILES AWAY. BICENTENIAL PARK IS ONLY A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE HOUSE AND IS GREAT FOR CHILDREN.

- Required Stay: 6 nights
- Lodging Tax: 12%
- Deposits: WEEKLY $200 MONTHLY $500. The deposit will be returned within 5 business days after completion of your rental period. Cancellations made 45 days or more before start of rental period, will receive a full refund minus at $25.00 service fee. RENTAL RATES ARE HIGHER FOR HOLIDAY WEEKS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
- Other Fees: CLEANING FEE 100.00. LATE CHECK OUT IF NOT PRIOR APPROVED BY OWNER $100.00. Saturday check in rentals the cleaning fee is $125.00. Please feel free to call me if you have any questtions.

Mary, Thank you so much...My husband's words sum it up,"This place feels like home." What more could we ask for? All the wonderful anemneies of vacation and at the end of the day...a place that truly felt like home.We as a family look forward to renting from you if we ever return to Florida. Awesome place to stay ! You can't go wrong renting this house.By the way,lol, I packed to much. You had EVERYTHING that we could have needed , and Im an organizer.Theres plenty to do just a very short drive away. We went deep sea fishing, parasailing,snorkeling,canoring with dolphins manatees and aligators, shopping,dining,puttputting, and to the waterpark.You were such a blessing to my family Mary. From the beginning to the return home, everythink was great. Mary is so nice to talk to and all the arrangements were so easy to make and carry out. The location and the house were perfect for our trip. The house was super and all the furnishings were so complete. I will never be able to go back to a condo and loose the privacy.

My family and I had a great time staying in this house. It was very clean and the pool was a bonus right in the backyard. The beach is so close we walked to it everyday. You can hear the waves from the house. We also did a lot of fishing off of the dock at the Halifax River and caught a ton of catfish, a grouper, a pompano and even a toad fish. This property was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The house has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. A nice pool right out the back door, great for cooling off and you cant get much closer to the beach and a quiet beach at that you feel like it is your own private area, the sunrise was beautiful and the dolphins were an added bonus. The short walk to the Halifax river dock
was worth the time as well do to the passing by of 2 manatees.
