Write a review We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to details, cleanliness, excellent description of property and amenities, and honest caring by the owner and property manager. We enjoyed the immaculate pool, hottub, and house. We were able to relax by the pool, took our granddaughter to the beach daily, in her wagon, and used the pool floats. It was great not having to load our car up with beach supplies. We would definitelly recommend this property highly to anyone ! There are some great restaurants nearby, and we were recommended to them by both the owner and the property manager. We enjoyed every minute of it !! thank you We chose to stay at this home for the simple fact of the space and of course, the pool. We had a wonderful vacation and it was great to have the "home away from home" feeling. Everything we needed was right there at our fingertips! The beach was wonderful and was never crowded. When the kids got tired of the pool, off to the beach with all the wonderful beach toys that were supplied for us. I would love to rent this house again in the future! I highly recommend this home to any family looking for a convenient, wonderful home to stay in. We booked this house for Spring Break with our family and had a wonderful time. Driving distance to Disney and Sea World, close to the beach and everything you would need. House was very clean and beds were comfy. We noticed that the kids were even saying lets go "home" when they wanted to go back to the house. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It felt like a home away from home, very comfortable and well kept up. It was very easy to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home in addition to beautiful weather and great scenery. In a second, I would recommend this home to other families. We had a blast and can't think of anything we would change. There was plenty of room for the adults to have their space & the kids spent most of their time in the pool area which was quite comfortable also. The beaches were a short drive away, but there was always parking and plenty of space for the family. It is a pretty quiet area, perfect for a family who really wants to enjoy a relaxing vacation! This place was absolutely wonderful! We were looking for a house with everything. And guess what, it had everything! We have two young children, and they had a ball! The beach is close and beautiful. Not to mention Daytona is just minutes away with lots of fun things to do, and great places to eat. We highly recomend it to any one. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. It was impeccable and so well appointed! Everything we could have possible needed/wanted was there! The house was everything the ad said it would be. The rooms were large and had everything you would need. We hope to be able to stay there again on our next trip to Florida. THIS HOUSE WAS THE PERFECT LITTLE PLACE FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND TO STAY ON OUR HONEYMOON. WE ARE SIMPLE PEOPLE AND DON'T NORMALLY ASK FOR MUCH, BUT DIDN'T HAVE TO EITHER. THE HOUSE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND THEN SOME. THE POOL AND HOTTUB, IN THE LANIA, ARE A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SIT AND HAVE A SMOKE OR EAT LUNCH. THE BIG SCREEN TV WAS A NICE LUXURY TO HAVE AS WELL. THE KING BED WAS WONDERFUL, AS MY HUSBAND IS 6FT 4 IN!!!! I LOVE THE TALL ONES!! THE BIKES WERE GREAT, AS WE DID TAKE A BIKE RIDE TO THE BEACH ONE DAY. AND IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND TO GET THERE. ALL IN ALL OUR STAY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR. ZULLEY FOR HAVING THIS WONDERFUL RENTAL HOME AVAILABLE. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The beach house was perfect. Exactly like you explained it on the web. Pool was beautiful and very private. Nice neighborhood, bikes, beautiful beach and wonderful owners and rental agent to work with. Overall, great experience, would definitely rent again. This was the perfect getaway spot with all you will ever need provided. Thanks so much for the hospitality and all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next year. The house was amazing. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We can't wait to stay again next year. The house was amazing and it had everything we could have needed and more. We cannot thank you enough! My family and I stayed in this home and it was the best experience I could have hoped for. Angie was very helpful, the house was so clean, and well taken care of, and the furnishings were top quality. There were so many things provided to make our stay better, the list is endless! The house had everything you could possibly need and truly was home away from home! Thank you Zully and Angie! July 15-26 2007 We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The pool was great when you didn't want to deal with the sand of the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. I have stayed at other rentals in the area and this one is hands down the best. The Maziar/Cirillo Family ( The house is wonderful it had everything that you would need for a wonderful vacation. It is close to all the good attractions and a very short walk to beach and both of my children loved the pool. Overall a WONDERFUL place to visit and hope I can again in near future. The McCurry's We enjoyed our week of daily swims in a private pool and daily walks to the beach at a beautiful house that had all of ammenities of home. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and a more convenient location.
