This immaculate, upscale furnished 3br 2ba w/1car garage 'like new' home, with screened solar heated pool and separate new hottub, has everything you will need to enjoy your Florida beach vacation! 5 minute walk to uncroweded, no-drive beach or 5 min walk to river park to watch the sun set or the manatees swim by. Situated on quiet OBS street 10 minutes to world famous Daytona Beach. 51" large screen TV in living room, 24" tv in MBR, both with DVD players& satelite svc. Video & reading libraries, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, full laundry, new Weber gas grill, and a desk for your laptop. Pool floats, beach equipment including wheeled cooler, folding chairs, umbrellas, bags, sand toys, are also provided for your beach fun. Sorry, no pets, smoking or motorhomes. • Deposits: $300-500 refundable security deposit to reserve. Must be received within 5 days of making reservation. Full payment due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Rates subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Reservation fee of $75 deducted from cancelled reservations.

We enjoyed our week of daily swims in a private pool and daily walks to the beach at a beautiful house that had all of ammenities of home. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and a more convenient location.
