**Private Ormond Beach**A quiet and relaxing beach to spend your family vacation! At our bright and airy cottage you can watch gorgeous sun sets and derive peace and tranquility in this two bedroom home. It is in a beach community called "Ormond By The Sea". Steps from the beach. It is located on a strip of land two blocks wide. You and your family can play on the private beach, relax on its wide expanse, Surf/Parasail, fish in the surf or enjoy Renick Park. Walk one block west and fish off the public pier or watch the beautiful sunset over the Halifax river. Our bright and sunny decorated beachside house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, Florida Room and a garage. The master bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has two Full beds. The living room is equipped with TV,Direct TV, DVD, and a queen pull out sofabed in the sunroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffeemaker, toaster oven,dishwasher, microwave, refridgerator, stove, mixer, blender, pots and pans and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer. Relax in the Florida room or enjoy the outdoor living space. At the top of the street is Tom Renick park. It has fabulous amenities: restrooms,
showers, picnic tables, grills, parking, and a children's playground overlooking the ocean.

This is a great home for a beach vacation. The photographs don't really suggest how large it is. It is clean, spacious, and has a great kitchen. Ormond Beach is a GORGEOUS community. It has a small-town feel, but also has that wonderful eclectic mix of people, colors, and places that northerners think of when someone says "Florida." The beaches are superb: clean and very accessible. All manner of stores, dining, and entertainment are near at hand. I can't recommend the house or the town too much.

My husband, myself and our 6 children had a great time. The house had plenty of space and the walk to the beach was easy even for my six year old twins. The beach was semi-private and very clean. Hope to get to return soon.

I would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to stay at the beach. The house was very clean and contained everything that we needed to be "at home". It's close to the beach, shopping and local tourist sights. Easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. Hopefully we can come back next year.
