Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished home located 3 miles North of St. Rd. 40 (Granada Ave.) on A1A. You can SEE the ocean from the living room! The house is 3 houses from the beach which is easily accessible by the ramp across A1A.

Spend the day at the ocean or at many of the area events and come home to a relaxing environment, watching TV, playing games with your family or even cooking dinner in the equipped kitchen.

Daytona with its world famous beach and speedway are only 10 minutes away. Ormond by the Sea is conveniently close to everything Daytona has to offer yet offers the luxury of semi-private beaches and quiet relaxation.

Orlando is only 60 miles away with Disney World, Sea World, MGM, Universal Studios, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

Historic and delightful St. Augustine is only 45 minutes north, and offers great historic sites, guided tours, unique shops, art galleries, and great places to eat. It ''s a charming place to spend your afternoon. Not to mention a beautiful drive up A1A where you can see the ocean the entire trip!

Tomoka State Park just north of Ormond By the Sea is the perfect place to enjoy the variety of wildlife, birds and plants this region offers.

Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes south. View their schedule and you may get to see a launch! On a clear day launches can be viewed from the backyard. Watch a night launch from the beach and see the entire sky light up!

There are many excellent golf courses, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, wind sailing, jet skiing, parasailing and go carts. Nearby Adventure Land Water Park is a popular destination as well as casino cruises or deep sea fishing charters from Ponce Inlet.

The house was clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. The owners were especially nice. We would rent it again.
