6 HOUSES FROM A TRAFFIC FREE BEACH WITH POOL (#28125)

Write a review I was nervous about renting a house as I am only 22. But the property owner and property manager made it easy and hassle free with me paying them. The house was relaxing and fun to stay in we loved the hot tub and the pool. I was shocked to find the house in such great condition. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for all the help you gave us when we were there Jim . Perfect vacation rental! Everything we needed for our beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach & great resturant. The backyard is your own little tropical paradise. The owner felt as if he were an old friend, a pleasure to deal with. Next year I'm planning 2 weeks! Without a doubt, would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Ormond Beach/Daytona Area. Truly a home away from home. This house is great.We have been renting vacation homes for the last 4years.This has been the most enjoyable yet.It's affordable, clean, quite,and very conveinent.The owner met us personally when we arrived and was very accomodating to our needs.The manager (Amy) was very helpful and prompt before and after our arrival.If you like the Daytona area this is a great family home to rent. Thanks, The Gilbert's from Kentucky. This was a wonderful house to stay in as the beach was within walking distance east of the house. If you like fishing you can go west (about 2 blks) to the public pier. The kids had a great time catching catfish, sting rays, baby hammerhead sharks and an occasional eel, along with other fish. The beach was not crowded and the bait shop is right on A1A about a mile south. The pool is very nice and warm enough for me but is unheated and it was a bit cooler when we were there so the kids opted for the beautiful hot tub. I found one of the most enjoyable features was the quiet friendly neighborhood, especially at night. It was really quiet. An added plus was the ability to park our mini van in the garage. The TV room was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated, as is the entire house. The Weber gas grill cooks like a champ! This really a great house in a great location, and made our vacation a success. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again it was truly enjoyable for the entire family My family and I stayed here during spring break. The house is very spacious and quiet. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. We walked to the beach every morning and enjoyed Betty's A1A restaurant a few times for lunch. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, giving us tips on restaurants and being available when we had questions. Would love to stay again. What a perfect vacation home! Clean, spacious and everything we could have hoped for. The backyard is a little paradise, you almost don't want to leave it! We stayed a week and it wasn't long enough. The owner and manager were easy to get along with and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home to friends, family or anyone interested!! Although my trip was not quite as planned, friends of mine stayed in the house. It was a beautiful property and the owner and rental agent were a pleasure to deal with. I am hoping to go on vacation shortly and would definitely love to rent this property. We stayed in Ormond Beach for a week and felt like we were at home. The manager and owner were so helpful, the pool area is spectacular and it's a few houses from the beach which was beautiful! We had a great time and would recommend this house to our friends and family. Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Florida. The sunroom is a great place to hang out and we used the hot tub every day. The ocean is just a block away. The owner called to make sure we had everything we needed. Good times! We had a great vacation, everything we wanted or needed we had, they even provided a complimentary fruit basket! The owners met us upon arrival and showed us the property and made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
