Thanks Jim, your propety is more than you had told us... a minute walk to a fantastic beach , a great restaurant so close by(Bettys).....and a big confortable house...we stayed for one month and had no problems at all... eveything was to par and More !!! this home was great..so close to the ocean..so big and a overall great location. The owner was so helpful and friendly.We hope to come back here to this house again.there was nothing bad all was good.wehad 3 large bedrooms with 2 baths..large kitchen,large living room and large dining room,a closed in lunai and a pool.Everything u need was provided plus a garage.great place and i nwill be back.

Overall the house was great. The house is very close to the beach and we loved the large pool. Property was well maintained and peaceful. As mentioned before the only downside was no internet access.

Words can not describe or do justice to this wonderful house! We stayed the WHOLE month of JUNE/ 2011!!! And had a wonderful time! Only 6 houses to the beach- only a 2 min. walk to the entrance ramp. Once on the beach head south ( walk south) for about 10 -15 minutes and boom.. ur in Daytona! Head back North on the beach and ur are in a remote part of ur own beach. Very few people. No one bothered us or any loud people. If ur hungry- head to Bettys- great food! Hands down- and if u want surf lessons or fishing on a kayak. Head to the Surf Station ) Ormond Beach Sandlot) Which is right across from the police station! Best prices ever and the professionalism is bar none! Hands down- the best experience ever. We took the two teenagers Fishing on a kayak twice- Loved it both times!! I went surfing for the month of June! Greg my surf instructor had me on the Big 4-6 waves by the end of the month! I was popping up and taking no prisoners! Loved ever minute of it! Really considered moving there! What u have to Bring- Personal items- that's it! Everything is there! No maintenance no fuss- perfect house for a family of 6! 4 kids and 2 adults ... Highly recommend. Honestly you can not find another house this close to the beach where you are remote enough from people and you are still 10 minutes from things to do! Jim the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Only wish we all could stay another month! Husband worked remotely from this house so connecting to internet and our home phone was not a problem! Food- head to Publix or Save -A-Lot- which is cheaper but 7 miles away. Where Publix is a few blocks away. Hope this helps! You will not be disappointed! Oh- the Pool is wonderful as well as the Hot tub! We grill out 20 out of the 30 days! The other 10 we ate out! Enjoy ur stay and make sure u check the local paper for any deals going on in the local area.

Crowd Free Relaxing Beach

This is a great rental that is close to everthing. Anything you want is within 10 minutes or less. The beach was crowd free. Great for relaxing with your family. The pool and hot tub was great for winding down at the end of the day. This house has plenty of room. We had 6 people with us and we were comfortable. Daytona beach is around 10 minutes away to drop of older teenagers. The only downside was no internet access. Either have your trip per planned or you have to find a place with wifi. I would recommend this rental great times and great location. Atthe beach within less then 2 minute walk you cant go wrong.

We just got home from a very restfull week here. Short walk to beach access. Swmming pool very relaxing. Had a great night grilling out in screened in back patio. It is not far from Daytona or Flagler beach at all. Tons of thngs to do close by. House kept up very well, clean and cozy. We would love to go back in the future if available.

I was nervous about renting a house as I am only 22. But the property owner and property manager made it easy and hassle free with me paying them. The house was relaxing and fun to stay in we loved the hot tub and the pool. I was shocked to find the house in such great condition. It felt like home away from home. Perfect vacation rental! Everything we needed for our beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach & great resturant. The backyard is your own little tropical paradise. The owner felt as if he were an old friend, a pleasure to deal with. Next year I'm planning 2 weeks! Without a doubt, would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Ormond Beach/Daytona Area. Truly a home away from home.

This was a wonderful house to stay in as the beach was within walking distance east of the house. If you like fishing you can go west (about 2 blks) to the public pier. The kids had a great time catching catfish, sting rays, baby hammerhead sharks and an occasional eel, along with other fish. The beach was not crowded and the bait shop is right on A1A about a mile south. The pool is very nice and warm enough for me but is unheated and it was a bit cooler when we were there so the kids opted for the beautiful hot tub. I found one of the most enjoyable features was the quiet friendly neighborhood, especially at night. It was really quiet. An added plus was the ability to park our mini van in the garage. The TV room was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated, as is the entire house. The Weber gas grill cooks like a champ! This really a great house in a great location, and made our vacation a success. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again it was truly enjoyable for the entire family

My family and I stayed here during spring break. The house is very spacious and quiet. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. We walked to the beach every morning and enjoyed Betty's A1A restaurant a few times for lunch. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, giving us tips on restaurants and being available when we had questions. Would love to stay again.

What a perfect vacation home! Clean, spacious and everything we could have hoped for. The backyard is a little paradise, you almost don't want to leave it! We stayed a week and it wasn't long enough. The owner and manager were easy to get along with and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home to friends, family or anyone interested!!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Florida. The sunroom is a great place to hang out and we used the hot tub every day. The ocean is just a block away. The owner called to make sure we had everything we needed. Good times!
