Located just a block from the beach, the home is close to the Ormond Mall with a Publix Shopping Center, hair and nair salon, restaurants and quaint shops. Daytona Beach is just 15 minutes south and Palm Coast is 30 minutes north. Downtown Ormond is only 10 minutes away and offers golf, tennis, museums and lots of activities on the river. The Tom Rennick Park is a short walk away. The park features a playground and bathrooms/showers.

• Required Stay: Minimum 3 night stay. Minimum 3 month stay during November - March
   
• Deposits: A check or cash will be required for reservation. One night stay will be charged as a refundable deposit, with proper cancellation. No refunds of deposits will be made without required notice of cancellation. A check or cash will be needed for a security deposit which will determined based on length of stay at time of reservation. For monthly stays a security deposit of one month will be required and will be refunded upon inspection of home.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $50.00 for 3-night stay. Cleaning fee of $75.00 for 1 week stay. Cleaning fee of $150.00 for monthly stay. If guest stays for over 1 month, cleaning service will be negotatiated prior to stay. For monthly stays, an application fee of $75.00 will be required and a background check will be performed. For the winter season - December - March, all rent will be paid in advance prior to occupancy.
