Located between the Ocean & the River situated on a street of fine homes this nicely furnished beautiful 3 bedroom home with pool was built in 1994, and is in pristine condition with recent remodeling and up-grades. Front and back there is lush landscape accented with fountains & paved pathways that give a feeling of tranquility. An outstanding feature is a screened pool & lanai area with outside shower,stereo sound,in an otherwise silent wonderful retreat, that leads to a secluded Oriental Style Garden. The interior offers Designer Ceramic tile throughout, a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings & a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen features custom cabinets,granite counter tops, porcelain tile backsplash,newer appliances,a large pantry,a garden window and a dining area overlooking the large screened pool. The master bedroom is in a split plan, and has a king size bed with his & her custom shelved walk-in closets,and has direct access to the pool. The master bathroom has a custom vanity, granite counter top, heated Jacuzzi tub, oversized shower, a heat lamp and all new designer tile. The two other bedrooms are spacious, one with a queen size bed, and in the other a standard size Murphy bed. The second bathroom has a custom vanity, new tile,new light fixtures,and granite counter top. There is a Home Theater Stereo System & cable connections in every room including the garage. Located in the front portion of the home is the formal dining area with a view of the two large fish ponds along with water falls separated by a decorative bridge and enhanced with exotic follage.

Ormond By The Sea is a quaint Volusia County town of about 8,000 residents. It is a very peaceful, safe enviornment, where the home is surrounded mainly by friendly retirees, some of whom also own homes in other parts of the United States or in other nations.

This was the most comfortable and peaceful vacation home we have ever rented. The location is perfect, lots of privacy. You are very close to everything but still nice and secluded with -0- tourist traffic. You feel like you own the beach, no crowds!

The home was perfect for the four of us....the pool for the kids, the oriental gardens for us, a fully equipped kitchen, and the short walk to the beach. Overall a nice experience and will go back again.
