We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.We couldn't have asked for a better location, a short walk to the beach,close to shopping and dining (Alfies ribs and shrimp were to die for, and the messy sunday, awesome!!) The house was fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds were so comfortable and rooms spacious. The only complaint we had was the cold weather, which made the hot tub that much more appealing.Overall we had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beach home.

This was our 5th visit in 4 years to 17 Oakview Circle, this is our "home away from home" that we truly love! Zully and Keith have taken care of every detail in providing the perfect atmosphere for the perfect vacation! We love everything about this home...location, cleanliness, comfort, relaxation, security...Zully has equipped this kitchen with more "gadgets" than I have in my own kitchen!!! This year we had the pleasure of actually meeting Zully and Keith...what wonderful people!!! I had already felt as though I knew them just by staying in their beach house! This home is a reflection of their desire to truly create a "home away from home" experience that makes you want to return again and again....next year we are hoping to stay for 2 weeks...1 week just isn't enough! We feel so blessed to have found this little "piece of heaven" at Ormond Beach!!! Thanks, Zully and Keith for sharing this wonderful place with us!!! It was such a pleasure meeting you and we hope to see you again!!!!

We had a great stay in this home! It is very cozy and we felt so comfortable. Pool needs a little repairing, but otherwise no complaints. We had a great christmas holiday there. Thank you.

Dear Zully, Thank you for letting us enjoy your FL home again for the 3rd year!!!! Everything is always immaculate & all amenties are taken care of to perfection thanks to your Property Manager, Angie. I always know my vacation has began when I see her smiling face & hear that wonderful accent....everything is set up to 100%+ standard & she gets it right the 1st time!!!!!!! You both compliment each other on making each trip perfect & special....praying we will see ya'll in 2012!!!!! We have a very good vacation at this place, it was so plaisant, and beautiful., clean The manager take care of us . We appraciate it is a walk distance to the beach, the pool for the end of the day was so cool. So nothing wrong . Me, my husband,my sister and husband, mabe plan to return. Chantal.

Really, this is not what I would like to write but, they had never give us our deposit back! It seems as they are fixing the old house by using your deposit's $! We were proposed (by Angie), to have our deposit transferred to the next visit of that place, and we refused, we wanted $ back. In 6 weeks of heavy calling to them, they did sent us 35$ out of 350$! They also sent us a letter, with the list of damages!!! And the only two I would honestly admit to (what Id also said to Angie on the day of our departure) - 2 broken margarita glasses (they waived any payment for those), and 1 boogie bd... 2 glasses happened to be broken, as the unfortunate result of heavy cleanning performed by us, however, they included 75$ of "heavy cleaning" from our habittation on the bill, and that 1 boogie bd (the pool toy, howaver they have said that 2 were broken) was really a cheap one! This is really disappointed! They also said, that we had "left scattered food in bbq area", I personally had spent approximatelly 3 hours cleaning all the bbq equipment, no food could be left!!! Excuse me, are we the animals??? Be aware, they will charge you for no reason! I would not recomend to take this house! Sending you your deposit after 6 weeks, and charging you for the things like "2 section of screen torn, bbq area floor damage-was freshly painted before arrival" etc. I am honest man, if I had done anything specified on that list, I would solemnly admit to it but, this is ABSOLUTLY NOT TRUE! BE AWARE!!!

The rental was great. Perfect spot for a weeks vacation. Easy check in and check out or so we thought. Property manager did not note any damage at the time of check out. Refund check was mailed almost 2 months after our stay with a note showing $25 was subtracted from the refund for damage to kitchen light. We are absolutely sure we did not damage anything and we barely even used the kitchen during our stay. Sent owner an email for explanation and never received a reply. Other than the shaft on the refund, we loved our stay.

This home was fabulous! It was well stocked with all we needed. We didn't need to bring anything with us which helps alot when traveling by plane or car. The walk to the beach was exactly 5 mins. The beach was not crowded and the water was crystal clear on the days we went. This was one of the best family vacations. Daytona Beach was a short drive down A1A, with lots of choices for restaurants. From big chains to local diners. Definitely a place to return to and hopefully will be become one of our favorite vacation spots. Thanks for letting enjoy your home.

What a wonderful house! From the pictures it didn't look as roomy, but once inside everything changed. All the rooms were spacious and clean and efficient. The bathrooms were stocked, the kitchen was a nice roomy galley. The walk to the beach was relaxing and at night while sitting outside by the pool, we could hear the ocean waves crash. My boyfriend proposed to me the second night we were there out by the pool in the moonlight. This house will forever have a special place in my heart. Keith and Zully have a wonderful home and we will return one day. I have also recommended this home to several friends for booking.

The rental was represented extremely well, even better than the pictures. It was very spacious and clean, well stocked with anything you might need and was in a good location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we were unable to use the beautiful pool or hot tub.

We enjoyed our selves at this lovely well appointed home just 5 minutes from the beach in Ormond Beach, Florida. The home has a nice pool and spa. Pool and beach equipment,beach and pool towels, and just about anything else you can think of are provided by the homeowners. This is a great family rental!

The house had everything you could need, large living space. The screened in pool and spa was amazing we spent every day and night out there. We would definately go back.

My family stayed in this home during spring break 08. Although the home is very nice for the price, the owner did state that there were two sleeper sofa and in fact there was only one. Additionally, I was told that bikes were provided and they were not. Lastly, the owner retained $25 of my deposit stating "excessive sand in the pool and hot tub." There was not a facility outdoors to wash off the sand from your feet or body. Oh and one more thing...the pool was not heated. The area is great for families. Very nice beach. Make sure you visit the state park, it's wonderful.
