This newly painted and furnished upscale home features 3 large bedrooms, two with king beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and built-in desk, 2 full baths, and an oversized 1 car garage. You will have a 6 minute stroll to the private entrance of the uncrowded, no-drive beach or 6 minute walk to the river park to watch the sun set.

Located on a quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea street within a short drive to world famous Daytona Beach; many restaurants and shopping opportunities are only minutes away. This upscale vacation home includes a 50" large screen HDTV in living room, 20" TV in MBR, both with DVR's, DVD players & satelite svc. We also provide a video library, wireless DSL, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, full laundry, Weber gas grill, & desk for your laptop. The patio lanai has a dining set for outdoor meals and there are pool floats and beach equipment including wheeled cooler, folding chairs, umbrellas, bags & sand toys to enhance your beach vacation.
Sorry, no pets, motorhomes or smoking (ok to smoke outside).
At least one adult must be 25yrs or older and reside at the home the entire rental period.

The rental was represented extremely well, even better than the pictures. It was very spacious and clean, well stocked with anything you might need and was in a good location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we were unable to use the beautiful pool or hot tub.

What a wonderful vacation and 1st time experience!!! We had never rented a home for our vacation and this was truly a life changing experience vs that of staying in motels. Keith and Zully have created a warm, homey, very tastefully decorated home with all the amenities of home...so well organized...from the house to the pool to the garden to the comfortable beds to the wonderful water pressure of the showers...everything was perfect. We could not believe our week went by so quickly and we would have gladly and willingly stayed longer if we could have. Our vacation included me, my husband, our son and his wife and 2 grandchildren(both under the age of 3)and it was thoroughly enjoyed by one and all. We all felt blessed to be in such a wonderful beach retreat in such a nice, quiet neighborhood. Thanks so much to all involved, especially Keith, Zully, and Angie, who helped make this such a wonderful, memorable vacation!!! We will definitely do this again!!!!!

We enjoyed our selves at this lovely well appointed home just 5 minutes from the beach in Ormond Beach, Florida. The home has a nice pool and spa.
