Description of the Ormond Beach vacation home rental

"Snowbirds" Wanted! Looking for someone who would like to spend a minimum of 3 months relaxing in our fully remodeled home. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, 2 car garage. Easy walking to either the ocean or the river. Exceptionally clean, newly remodeled. Ormond has a quiet vehicle free beach which is great for families or anyone just looking for some peace. Fully furnished, linens, a kitchen ready to cook, all you need to bring is a bathing suit.
Our home has a master bedroom/bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, the living room has a pullout queen couch bed and the TV/game room has two queen pullout couch beds. Easily sleeping 7-10 people.
The dining room seats 8 people before the leaf is put in, then it can fit 10.
Our kitchen was completely remodeled with new everything.
Tile is through out the house with the exception of the bedrooms and hardwood floor in the dining room.
There is an outside enclosed shower to rinse off in.
The neighborhood is a nice mix of both families and retirees.

Looking for "snowbirds" who are wanting to enjoy some warm
weather for the winter months. Minimum rental 3 months.

Ormond-by-the-Sea is wonderfully located. Ormond is about 10 minutes to Daytona Beach, 45 minutes to St. Augustine, 1 hour to Orlando (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Amway Arena). Nearby is Tomoka State Park great for fishing, biking and hiking, or try some golf at one of the several nearby courses. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes away.
Daytona Beach Airport is about 20 minutes, Orlando International Airport approx. 1 hour, and Jacksonville Airport 1 hr 45 min.
