The cottage has four bedrooms (2 King beds and 4 Twin beds) and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of modern amenities to enhance your stay including; an outdoor shower, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers, cable TV in every bedroom and high speed internet.

A perfect vacation

My husband and I enjoyed 2 weeks in this perfect beach house. The view was fantastic from the back porch, we never ate a meal inside because of the view. The cottage is clean, well decorated and well stocked with the basics that you do not normally get with rental. We had never relaxed so much in years and we would like to thank Martin and his family for this cottage. AND WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was fantastic for our family for 4th of July. I love the charm of the home...almost makes you feel like you are in Cape Cod. There is a bit of wear and tear but it adds to the charm of the home. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the beach chairs and the televisions in each room. We would have liked a better/bigger grill but we managed to get by. We went for walks, saw porpoises and surfed the waves. The grocery stores are close by and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Thank you again for a wonderful week and we will be booking with you again in the future!

A Place to Make Family Memories

I'm so glad that my family of five stayed here. We were literally, "on the beach." The house was immacutately clean, and beautifully decorated. As soon as we entered the home, we felt like welcomed guests rather than renters. The home was the perfect setting to make family memories that will never fade. One of those memories, was the tropical rain storm that greeted us after our long drive from Maryland. We enjoyed watching the rain from the shelter of the huge porch looking overlooking the Ocean. When the rain stopped, we were blessed with the sight of a beautiful double rainbow over the Atlantic. We spent many hours together on the porch, watching the dolphins, the pelicans, the changing ocean, and enjoying the tropical evening breezes. I hope we can come again next year.

Very Relaxing

Our family loved this house. The owner was very accommodating, we needed two more beds and he provided blow-up mattresses. The amenities in the house are top-line. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our use. Our area of the beach was great, very relaxing, not crowded, wonderful for families. You could actually sit under your tent and watch the kids in the water. You are in town but would not know it and only 10 minutes away from Daytona Beach and the boardwalk. The only complaint we had was that the living/dining/kitchen area got warm in the afternoon but there are ceiling fans and box fans to help cool things off. We will definitely stay again.

Worth every penny

Martin and his father were most helpful when a problem occurred. This cottage is well suited for a family vacation of up to 10. If you were any closer to the beach people would be walking by your windows, except the cottage is above the beach. Everything was just like new and family friendly! This vacation is worth a return visit.
