STEPS TO THE BEACH- Charming home in quiet Ormond Beach. Enjoy this private & spacious comfortably decorated home. This upscale home features 3 large bedrooms, Master with Queen sized Bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, Living room has queen sized sofa sleeper, 2 roll away beds, 2 full baths, and an oversized 1 car garage. You will have a 3 minute stroll to the private entrance of the uncrowded, no-drive beach or 6 minute walk to the river park to watch the sun set.

Located on a quiet Ormond Beach street within a short drive to world famous Daytona Beach; many restaurants and shopping opportunities are only minutes away. This upscale vacation home includes a 52" large screen HDTV in living room and over 100 channels of HDTV. We also provide wireless DSL, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, full laundry, Commercial gas grill, outside shower. The patio lanai has a dining set for outdoor meals and there is beach equipment,folding chairs, umbrellas, bags & sand toys to enhance your beach vacation.

We just added a brand new master bedroom set with luxurious mattress, professional landscaping, a commercial barbecue, 4 new bikes, an enclosed outdoor shower, and much more!!!! Come...Enjoy all Seaside Retreat has to offer!!!

Sorry, no pets, or smoking (ok to smoke outside).
At least one adult must be 26yrs or older and reside at the home the entire rental period.

We're located just off A1A or HALIFAX DRIVE. 15 MINS TO MAIN ST, DAYTONA BEACH; 10 MINS TO FLAGLER BCH; 45 MINS TO ST. AUGUSTINE OR 60 MINUTES TO ORLANDO. QUIET & SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD IN ORMOND BEACH.

The house is in a good neighborhood and close to the beach. Also there are some very good restaurants in the area. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a good home away from home feel. The owner Natalie is very professional to deal with.

Words cannot describe how perfect this place wais. We went there with our two boys and my sister and we all had a fantastic time. The house was clean, well decorated and PLENTY of open space for all of us. The house was well equipped with things you would use in your own house ,it was very convenient to cook,do activities and hang out. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the house was a short distance to walk to the beach. There are so many things to do in a short driving distance. We went to Daytona for dinner,movies ,fun park and mini golf. There is a park near by with basketball and tennis courts and a nice playground for the kids. What we loved the most about the area was it was convenient and had a small town feel and if you wanted to do stuff that had more action you didn't have to drive far at all. I can honestly say we weren't there for two days and we were planning our next trip back. I highly recommend this house place for everyone , you wont be disappointed.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This house is a great spot for beach access,restuants,activities..!!! Nice QUITE NEIBORHOOD !!! VERY SPACEIOUS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ALL 8 OF US !!!SPOTLESS!!! VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT!!! GREAT DECK AND GRILL !!! WE COOKED OUT ALMOST EVERYDAY!!!LARGE BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN ... AND DINNING AREA (garage was great for all our bikes also!!!) WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING HERE AND WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR BIKE WEEK !!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING..!!! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO EVERYONE I KNOW FOR A GREAT VACATION GET TA WAY!!! ;-)

Natalie, We had an outstanding stay at your house! You allowed our soccer team to come for the weekend for a tournament and we were all comfortable as there was plenty of room.
