Not your typical beach house rental. all new floors, furniture, baths,linens and ammenties. House comes with all the beach toys, garage, laundry,new gas grill, Flat Screen and High Speed Wireless.

Club house with billards, library and kitchen, Pool, tennis, horsehoes and bocci ball court.

3 month minimum for winter rentals-
Nov- March
Any other time we can do monthly only.

This house is very clean, dogs only no cats
I have the house completely cleaned including carpets upon every exit.
