PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

I want to buy this place !!! Very clean and tidy with everything you need. Two minute walk to the beach.. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Great central location to everything. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The pool was great. The landlady was super nice too. I would highly recommend this place.

Best 2 weeks ever in Ormond Beach!

I stayed here with my husband for 2 weeks. It's a 5 minute walk from the beach, and we loved the pool onsite on days when it was too windy at the beach. There was so much to do within walking distance - mini putt, restaurants, bars, etc. If you have a car, it's a 10 minute drive to Daytona where there's even more to do! The condo was amazing! Very clean, WIFI & long distance phone (great for calling our family at home in Canada!), TV, laundry, full kitchen. Also had everything we'd need for the beach - boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, etc. Great time! We'll definitely go here again!! Hopefully soon!

So much better than a hotel and less expensive too

We've always stayed at hotels and this was much better. The place was just big enough for two, the neighbors were friendly and helpful , the price was excellent, and we could park right out front. It was close to everything and we rode our bikes or motorcycle most of the time. We were not allowed to park our trailer in the street but we could unload everything and park all of them in the street but no trailer! The Ormond Beach politicians hate tourists. Everywhere we went there were signs NO Parking, No Walking, No Looking. They should have just put up signs TOURIST GO HOME. We had to find and pay for a rip off place to park our trailer and that made it inconvienent but in spite of the Ormond Beach City Fathers we still had a pretty good time. Daytona isn't much better. Agaian all the signs ... NO THIS, NO THAT. The year before we went to Ft. Walton & also another trip to Panama City. Geez they were happy as hell to see us, let us park our trailer anywhere, made sure we knew where everything was, and made sure we had fun. The Daytona/ormond politicians are gonna kill that area even more than they already have. The folks who live there are nice and friendly and welcoming and very apologetic about the politicians. But for my money, I think next year I'll head to the Gulf side. We spent $$$$ on a variety of things but the people and especially the politicians of the Gulf seem to know what that means. I love going to Florida and we make about 6 trips a year but I hate being treated like some kind of dam terrorist. The illegals are more welcome in Daytona than US tourists. The Gulf folks know what time it is - Daytona and Ormond haven't a clue!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Wow! What a trip, everything went as planned, Vicki was great! The house was exactly as she she said it was, easy to find and within walking distance to the ocean. Safe and secure location. Very clean unit, extremely nice neighborhood, everyone was so friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend. We are so glad that we found this villa!

We rented this villa in Ormond Beach for one week. The place is nice and clean. The kitchen is well equiped. There is a washer and dryer which is convenient. The place is a short walk to the beach or you can go with your car on the beach right across Cardinal Drive for 5$ per day and your pass is good for the whole day. You can go and leave as much as you like all day long. I had wonder about this, I was not shure about this but I found it was sort of convenient especially if you have a lot of beach stuff to carry. I'd say the only thing missing would be Wifi internet. It would have been nice to have it. Otherwise everything is nice and the owner is very friendly.
