Description of the Oro Valley vacation home rental

Enjoy this beautiful two bedroom plus den/office, single level Rancho Vistoso Village patio home in sunny Oro Valley. This gated adult community is minutes from countless golf courses, hiking and biking trails, shopping, dining and entertainment. The on-site club house facility features a common area kitchen, lounge, library, fitness room, pool tables, BBQ's, and 2 pools, including a lap pool and hot tub, and other amenities.

Required minimum stay is 30 Days.

Area Information

Oro Valley, AZ is approximately 20 miles north of Old Tucson - home of the University of Arizona. Visit the Pima Air museum, De Grazia Gallery, Biosphere 2,and Mission San Zavier del Bac and more. Enjoy the year-round hiking and biking. Nearby parks include Catalina State Park, Tahono Chul Park, Saguaro National Park, the Coronado National Forest, and the Arizona Desert Sonoran Museum.

Leave the snow shovels and heavy coats behind in the winter. Drive to Phoenix in March and early April for Spring Training baseball. Golf rates drop dramatically in May - a perfect time to see the desert in full bloom. Enjoy the cooler summer weather of Mount Lemmon. Fall months bring delightful weather, U of A Football and continued low golf rates. The Tucson area is renowned for its year-round spectacular starry nights and summer lightning displays.

The higher altitudes of Oro Valley (approxiamtely 2700 ft.) allow you to enjoy the dry desert temperatures.

Oro Valley Medical Center (previously Northwest Medical Center) is located within minutes.

This home was an awesome place to stay! It was very comfortable, very well furnished with anything a person would need(except personal items), in a quiet, gated, adult community, close to just about anything anyone would want to do in the greater Tucson area. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the Tucson area for an extended period of time! We highly recommend this home in which to stay!

Once again our March stay at Dana Rogers' Ranbcho Vistoso rental unit was terrific. It has all the amenties for a most comfortable stay and is well located. Dana and Gina have done an excellent job furnishing the unit. Already looking forward to next year.
