Description of the Osage Beach vacation home rental

Recently updated lake home located in a quite cove off Hwy KK past Tan Tara Resort in Osage Beach, Mo. This vacation home is perfect for couples or family getaways. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. This lakefront vacation home offers everything you need to enjoy your stay at " The Beautiful Lake Of The Ozarks". Pride in ownership is apparent throughout this home with new Granite Counters, New Furniture and Flooring. Your dining experience will be most enjoyable whether you choose to dine inside or outside at one of the three (3) patio sets on the Martini Deck equipped with a large Charcoal BBQ Pit and a relaxing two person swing. Your morning coffee can't get any better than sitting in the screened porch located out either of the two oversized sliding glass doors off the kitchen and dining area with full view of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals all you need to bring is your food and beverages. This four (4) bedroom home has three (3) Queen size beds and one (1) Full size bed. Two full size bathrooms. Family Room has 48" color TV with cable and DVD player; 32" color TV in Kitchen/ Dining area; Two bedrooms with color 25" TV's and one (1) XBox for the gamer's in the family. Your outdoor experience begins on the Martini Deck that is only steps from the dock with a swim/sun deck complete with another patio set that seats (4)with umbrella for those who enjoy sitting right on the water. This dock will satisfy everyones wishes whether they just want to relax in the sun or fish for Bass or Crappie. You will enjoy the 4 person paddle boat to cruise about the cove. Bring your boat and enjoy the large covered boat slip equipped with electric. This home has a premier location both on the water for restuarants and gas as well as on the land for shopping at the local Factory Outlet Mall, Restuarants, Golf courses, Water Park, Go Carts, Miniature Golf, State Parks and much more... * Holiday rates will be given upon request. *More pictures are available upon request. Fantastic family vacation

This was one of the easiest vacations I have booked. The owners were great to work with and everything was laid out well before hand. We knew what to expect. This was a very, very clean house inside and out. We didn't take a boat so we didn't use the boat slips but the guys did go fishing and swim off the dock. The cove is very quiet and nice. The temp was over 102 degrees for 3 days so we did spend some time inside but there was plenty of room and was quite comfortable. I would refer this rental to anyone. The decks were great to sit out and grill and relax on in the evening since it was so hot in the daytime. I would love to rent this property again some time.

Awesome Location! On the lake, beautiful area!

We stayed at the house July 2nd and departed July 9th. House is decorated very nice, you do not need to bring anything but your food and clothes. The house has all that you need in the kitchen but bring storage containers for left overs! :) Great entertaining areas on the patios. Screened in patio was great for relaxing out of the hot sun. Minor flaw is the parking...which is very common around the lake area. Not a lot of room to park but we made due. We all enjoyed the lake and being able to access our boat and swim whenever. The area is a "no wake" area so you feel very comfortable swimming at anytime and not feel like you will be hit by a boat. They provided floaties, life jackets and paddle boat. You could not have asked for a better location. The house is located close to town, probably 2 miles. Thanks for the great memories. We will be back...and hopefully soon. :)

We enjoyed the property for our client relations event with my VIP guest. Our guests were very impressed with the home, the deck, the dock, the location, etc. Everyone had a great time, and the home easily accomodated 4 couples. Rita provided everything we needed, and her recomendations for on and off the water dining were terrific. Bring your boat! The large open dock slip was perfect for our vessel and your only a minute or two idle to the open waters of the main channel. Meanwhile when docked, not a single wake makes it into the back of the cove. No worries about damage from waves. We parked the cars, and got everywhere we needed to go by water for the duration of the trip. We'll be back as long as Rita will have us.
