Description of the Osoyoos vacation condo rental

This unit has been tastefully decorated to surpass the original decor. Including all the necessities that you will require to enjoy your stay. Granite counter-tops, eating bar, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with down comforters, all linens. Decorated and furnished patio area with gas BBQ. The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room (not yet completed), and a private fenced-in beach that has a grassy picnic area and sandy alcoves for your beach gatherings. Boat moorage is available, (at an additional charge), with boat launch nearby.

Deposits: 25% DEPOSIT payable on reservation confirmation. Balance due within 30 days of stay. $500 refundable damage deposit by seperate check.
Other Fees: pet fee of $25 per stay, for additional cleaning.
