Osterville; This charming property offers privacy, space and incredible views of Eel River and West Bay. Drive down the long cicular driveway to the main house. The first floor has an eat-in kitchen,formal livingroom,diningroom,den and bedroom with a twin bed and bath. The second level has 2 bedrooms (one w/ 2 Twins and the second with a Double) both with private baths. There is also another bedroom off of the back of the house with 2 Twin beds and a private bath. A great deck is in the back with a wonderful awning to relax and enjoy the breeze.
Walk across the spacious lawn to the boathouse which has an incredible great room with a kitchenette and large deck. The second floor has a bedroom (2 Twins)and private bath. Bring your boat as this property comes with a private dock and a sandy beach.
