The house is bright, clean and newly painted with large living room, cable TV, full bath with tub, hardwood floors throughout, master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with double bed, and third bedroom with two twin beds. Full size stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Appliances include: full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and washer/dryer. All towels and linens are supplied. Backyard has a patio with a gas grill, comfortable seating and picnic table.

The house is only a short walk to family friendly Dowses Beach and the quaint village of Osterville, offering boutiques, specialty shops, gourmet deli, cafes, restaurants, library, churches, post office, banks, tennis courts and convenience stores. Vehicle Beach Parking Pass included for access to all 13 Barnstable town beaches, both fresh and salt water.

Enjoy the famous Four Seas Ice cream just a few minutes from Osterville. Only 7 miles east is Hyannis to experience fine restaurants, shopping, nightly entertainment, Cape Cod Melody Tent & ferry to the Islands. Mashpee Commons is only 8 miles west to fine shopping and restaurants.
