Description of the Oxnard vacation home rental
Three-story house ... Thirty second walk to Hollywood beach.
Top floor is master suite with panoramic views of beach, harbor and mountains. Equipped with king-sized bed, queen pull out sofa, fireplace, sitting area, deck. Master bath has double shower, double sink, jacuzzi tub, and huge walk-in closet. Second floor is combination living/dining/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. Second floor also has deck next to kitchen with pass through window. Deck has view of harbor. Second floor also has bedroom with queen sized bed and full bath. First floor has two bedrooms. One has bunkbeds. The other has a daybed and trundle, its own refrigerator, sink and microwave. This bedroom can be locked off and then the house is rented as a three bedroom house at a reduced rate. The bathroom on the first floor is included if the fourth bedroom is rented. First floor has one car garage with washer/dryer. Also has outdoor shower. House is not baby-proofed and may not be appropriate for active toddlers. Great for families with kids over 5 or infants. There is also an enclosed dog run.
House is across from Channel Islands Harbor. Walking distance to boat rentals including electric boats, kayaks,and peddle boats. Near to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf and museums. Beach is one of the most beautiful, deep beaches in southern California. Rated A/A . Great for boogie boarding or surfing, or swimming. Channel Islands can be toured by boat. Public boat launch is very near--you are welcome to bring your boat. There is a farmer's market every Sunday very near by. In summer there are concerts in the park and outdoor plays for children.
