Description of the Oxnard vacation home rental

This is a New three story 5 bedroom, 5 bath, top of the line beach house located in the wonderful quaint beach community of Silver Strand.

The house is fully accomodating ! Overlooks the Silver Strand beach towards Channel Island from the roof top patio. Complete with Garage/Game Room for playing ping-pong or darts, or sit back on the leather sofa in the living room and listen to the ocean while watching the 60-inch high definition TV, or enjoy the fourth story roof top deck for a BBQ and patio fire pit. This house is very versital from family vacation, family reunion to corporate meetings and accomodations.

Close to the Harbor Village and across from Silver Strand Beach.

Area Information

20 minutes to down town Ventura Main Street or 1 hour drive along the coastline to Santa Barbara.

1 hour and 45 minutes from the LAX Airport.

Close to Port Hueneme Navy Base and military exchange.

Most comfortable beautiful home

January 1, 2013

This home is top of the line. The kitchen has the best cookware, and everything you would need. Bedrooms/bathrooms are large and equipped with beautiful linens. There were 12 adults in our party, the house was large enough to give plenty of space and yet we were so comfortable to all gather in the main living room. I plan to return here. Great access to Santa Barbara, and all local sites.

beautiful house for a large family or a few couples. All the amenities available, full kitchen, washer/dryer, large screen TV/DVD, bicycles and ping pong table. Only drawback is across the street from the beach w/ other houses in front BUT can see ocean from rooftop and overall excellent location. We had a great time.
