Fate has brough yout to one of Long Island's best kept secrets. We are a one of a kind custom built home with beautiful water views from every room overlooking Mill Neck bay. Sunrises and sunsets are enjoyed with our walls of glass, If you are interested in coming to get away from routine, away from hustle and bustle of regular life and looking for quiet, peaceful tranquility, this is the place to be. It is to be used for a romantic weekend, a time for relaxation, rejuvenation or a summer vacation.
We are a short 45 minutes from Manhattan, but believe me this short scenic drive towards our home will make you feel that you have escaped your everyday life.
Enjoy our private beach, our beautiful solarium or just sitting on our upper deck watching the many water fowl, the competive sculling crews or our beautiful sunsets.
You can also enjoy the many delicious and world famous restaurants that the Gold Coast has to offer.
If golfing is your passion, we have the world famous BLACK COURSE a short distance away.
If you delight on being on the water boat rentals are just across the Bay, to enjoy water skiing, fishing or sightseeing in the beautiful surrounding areas.

Water, water everywhere, in one of the most exclusives areas in the United States. We are surrounded by magnificent estates of Locust Valley, Mill Meck, Cold Spring Harbor and Center Island just to name a few. We have two waterfront restaurants, a two minute drive from the house. We also have some very unpopulated beaches in the immediate area, to enjoy relaxeful afternoons for swimming, napping or reading.
If you would like to take a 5 minute ride to the town of Bayville, we have an amusement park or other waterfront restaurants, one with an outdoor Tiki bar to enjoy a delicious cocktail.
We have Sagamore Hill Historic site in Oyster Bay, Baileys Arboretum, the Mill Neck Preserve and the Planting Field Arboretum.
