This lovely home is in a well kept, small (only 4 units) and gated complex with lush grounds. Relax on your private patio with its umbrella table, propane BBQ and comfy chairs. Your pet is welcome, as well with an increased deposit and our Pet Policy agreement.

Sleeps four, queen bed and queen sofa-bed (with coil-spring mattress), roomy full bath (tub and shower), all the comforts of home. Exceptionally well appointed with quality furnishings and decor. Amenities include 2 flat screen TV's, a zillion channels and a DVR to record your favorite shows while you sight-see. Wireless hi-speed internet, free NATIONWIDE phone service and free phone service to land lines in Canada and Puerto Rico. Free on-site laundry facility, garage, dishwasher, microwave, 2 bikes, beach chairs, cooler and a wheeled tote to carry it all to the beach. Of course all linens, including beach towels for four.

Area Information

Sun-kissed Pacific Beach is home to a wide variety of restaurants of all ethnicities, beach bars, upscale dining, walk-up taco shops, Trader Joe's, Sprout's Organic Market, great local coffee houseswe've got Starbucks, too. You're a couple of blocks from everything and anything you need. E-Z access to the freeway, golf courses, minutes from Sea World, the historic Roller Coaster, deep sea fishing charters, whale watching, 15 minutes or so to the downtown San Diego's famous Gaslamp District, the Convention center, and San Diego's world-reknown Balboa Park, home of 13 museums and of course, the world-famous San Diego Zoo.
Legoland and the Carlsbad Designer Outlet Center are just up the freeway. And you've always got the San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium and the Padres at beautiful new Petco Park. Call me for excellent seats to either!
