Other Fees: $165 cleaning fee Peak Season (June-August) rentals are a one week minimum (one week increments), Saturday to Saturday plus cleaning fees. CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notice received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival receives 100% of any monies remitted. Cancellation of any kind after 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival receives deposit; rental fees paid are forefeited.

Best spot in PB! Location, Location, Location!

Who knew renting a house could be so easy and so enjoyable! We were celebrating my daughter's 30th, her engagement and Mother's Day all in one weekend. How great to have a spot family and friends could easily get to have a place to park and walk to all the hot spots in Pacific Beach. Two of our favorite restaurants were just blocks away. The open lay out and the area for dining outdoors made it a perfect gathering place. Everyone was comfortable and pleased to have a great location so close to the beach and fun! Thanks for an enjoyable stay and we will definitely return!
