Deposits secure your vacation dates; rental fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee is added to a less than one week rental (Off season).
Peak Season (June-August) rentals are a one week minimum and include cleaning fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Written notice received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival receives 100% of any monies remitted.
Cancellation of any kind after 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival receives deposit; rental fees paid are forefeited.
