Description of the Pacific Beach vacation home rental

Our fully furnished Pacific Beach home is a remodeled two-bedroom, hardwood floor, craftsman design with fenced yard. The completed re-model and upgrade gives you the fresh feel of a new home, with the comfortable charm of the beach area. The tropical landscaped, manicured yards and patio area are the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening BBQ’s. Professionally decorated, the PB home offers character and appeal.

Amenities include a completely equipped kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, and cable. All make for the comforts of home. We supply bath towels, linens, pillows, blankets, and outdoor furniture BBQ, Patio Table Umbrella and Chairs, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Surf Board, Boogie Boards, Ice Chest, Beach Mats, and Beach Cruiser Bikes

Our Pacific Beach home is only steps from the sand of one of San Diego’s finest beaches. You are within walking distance to the heart of San Diego’s most distinctive Beach town, Pacific Beach.

Being close to all that San Diego has to offer, you can enjoy a vast array of any activity your heart desires. The attraction of Southern California is the ability to enjoy many activities such as Sailing, Biking, Skating, Swimming, Surfing, Fishing, Diving, Golfing, Whale Watching, or just People Watching. A few minutes drive will get you to many major shopping areas, fine dining, and assortments of nightlife.

The World famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Legoland, are just a few of the major attractions San Diego offers. A short drive takes you to Indian Gaming and Outlet Malls, further on to Scenic Mountains, and if you desire more adventure, the beautiful Anza Borrego desert.

Great house, great location!

This house is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach. We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. It was recently remodeled and is stocked very well. They have bikes, a BBQ and even surfboards and boogie boards. Thanks again for a great time.

It was right in the heart of things. We could walk to anything we wanted or needed and getting to the airport was easy too. Dennis and Julie are great to work with. I would definitely recommend.

Great vacation stay!

My husband and I drove down from northern ca with our dog for a little vacation. The house was perfect. Only 1 block from the beach and all the great shopping and restraunts. The backyard was cute and fenced in so it made having our dog there so enjoyable and easy. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need for a beach getaway; towels, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, everything! Would definitely recommend this property for future vacation rentals.

This was a great vacation and the property was beautiful and well kept. The beach was a close walk and the backyard was great for bbq-ING and just hanging out. The spa was wonderful. Peaceful surroundings to have a great stay.
