Thousand Trails & a camp host named 'Karen' really were great!
The cottage was cute, clean and perfect for our stay. I want to continue to stay here, after our annual bike trip I take each year.
I loved having a fire pit outside, as it made our experience seem like camping, but with the comforts of home!
This beautiful home in Pacific City is a short 1 block walk to to the dube that takes you to large uncrowded beaches. Just outside your windows is the Nestucca River which runs through town. The Nestucca is famous for fishing and boating and surfing as well as crabbing. Kayaking is...
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Clean, well-kept, well-stocked and spacious. The main living area is perfect for a family gathering and the kitchen is large enough to accomodate several cooks!! We will definitely come back here!!
How about a beautiful house just a few blocks from the beach, large hot tub and a fireplace, what else do you need. This home located in Pacific City is in the Dory Pointe Subdivision. Its located about 4 blocks from the Pelican Pub Micro Brewery, Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda....
The home was very nice and clean. Ellen was also nice and helpful. The beds were decently comfortable and very clean. I felt very comfortable letting my baby play on the floor. Having the pack n play was nice as well. Overall the house was great. The bad things were:The kitchen seriously needs new pans, the Teflon is flaking off really bad and we did run out of hot water after 4 showers (I think) but that's easy to work around of you try. On a Tuesday night we could only find 1 restaurant open in pacific city at 6:30, that was weird but if you don't mind driving or plan on cooking at home it's fine. It was a nice house with a lot of amenities for the money but I would choose a larger city south of it next time.

This was our 3rd year staying at this home and it feels like our home away from home. Property manager was prompt on answering our calls and taking of situations as they arose. Lovely home - everything inside comfortable and clean. Love that the outside is on BLM land- enjoy seeing wildlife while we sit on the patio. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We really loved this place. The location is awesome, right on the sand, with a beautiful view and a very short walk to restaurants, coffee and our favorite market. We have two children and the layout was great for keeping an eye on them and being together. The space is comfortable, cozy and clean. It's quite outdated but to us that is part of the charm...The only couple of things I would change are that both beds are small and not very comfortable. Also, we lucked out and didn't have upstairs "neighbors" during our stay until the last night and realized that would have been very loud over us, as we could hear them stepping and moving about. The TV speakers are blown so movie night is a challenge. Other than that, perfect! I intend to be back next year!!
