Other Fees: If cancellations is 30 days or less from the beginning of rental period, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to rent the property for the same dates and fees, in which the Rental Fee and Security Deposit, less a $25.00 administrative fee, shall be returned. The Renter may sublet the premises, subject to prior approval of Owner.
