Description of the Pacific City vacation home rental

The ideal family home! Beach Wood's Cottage has an immaculate floor plan with enough space for everyone to spread out, play games, watch movies, have breakfast, brunch, dinner, tea or all of the above!! A completely enclosed balcony offers sweeping views of Cape Kiwanda, haystack rock, and most of Pacific City. You feel like you are on top of the world from these patio chairs. A large side deck offers private BBQ'ing and a wide sliding glass door in case you bring the steaks in the house to eat on one of the two dining tables. Get cozy in the window seats and read a book or just enjoy the sounds of Pacific City. A loft at the top of the stairs offers a private area with sofa and work desk and of course more views of the amazing ocean. Bring binoculars and watch whales blow, surfers surf, and hang gliders glide. Please no smoking and no pets, cleaning fee $80.00.

Area Information

Pacific City is a small, quaint fishing village located off the beaten path of Hwy 101. Tucked away between 2 rivers and right on the ocean, Pacific City has appeal to all who visit with so many things to do and see.
Options abound with outdoor activities such as fishing the rivers and ocean, hiking many trails and sand dunes, biking throughout the area, surfing the local waves, enjoying some local seafood, kite-flying, sand boarding and shopping local shops.
If that isn't enough to keep you busy, within a 15-30 minute drive, you will come across various golf courses, a lake to swim or boat in, a casino to play games, local cheese factory to tour, movie theaters and various shops to see!
