Description of the Pacific City vacation home rental

The home is a two story with an upper level deck in the back facing in the direction of the ocean. The upper floor has a great room, kitchen, dining area, bath, and master bedroom. The lower floor has two bedrooms, bath and utility room. A single garage is adjacent to the lower floor.

Area Information

Ths home is located Kiwanda Shores which is a gated subdivision c ommunity. The area consists mainly of dune grass yards and coast pine trees. the home is located one street removed from the beach with a beach access close by. One can walk from the home to the beach access in less than five minutes.

So Good

This house is perfect for a group weekend. Lots of sleeping space for everyone - there are 5 double beds in 3 bedrooms. Just a block away from the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the porch looks out towards the ocean. Great value and the owners were so easy to coordinate with. Pacific City is a dream.
