Description of the Pacific City vacation townhouse rental

This beautiful home in Pacific City is a short two block walk to large uncrowded beaches. Just outside your windows is the Nestucca River which runs thru town. It is famous for fishing and boating and surfing as well as crabbing. Kayacking is quickly becoming popular due to the several rivers and estuaries in the area. Horseback riding on the beach is two blocks away. The house has a game room and also arcade games, bicycles and sand dune sliding boards. Just down the street are restaurants and micro brewerys, Cape Kiwanda, Haystack Rock and miles of the most scenic coast in Oregon.
As this town is off of Hwy 101 about three miles, we avoid much of the crowded conditions you find in other coastal towns. Come and enjoy the beaches, sand dunes and tide pools, gourmet restaurants as well as pizza and tacos, this town has it all!

Area Information

Pacific City is in a forested coastal community with the Big Nestucca River flowing thru the middle of town. Large uncrowded beaches abound as well as sand dunes, tide pools, and hiking and biking on the Oregon Coast bike path.
Twenty minutes north is the Sand Lake off road area for sand toys etc. Horseback riding on the beach is just down the street.

Best place ever!

we were extremely pleased with this vacation rental. We go to the Oregon coast every year for Spring break and have tried a different spot each time. But this is a place that I would return to time after time. This is a place that you can completely relax in and unwind. But also there is much available to keep you busy. Great kitchen, with just what you need. Cozy living room with gas fireplace, lots of DVDs to choose from, good book and game selection. Needs WiFi. Nice view of the river and close to beach. Is 3 levels, living on seconf floor and all bedrooms upstairs. Great arcade style video game machine with lots of old school games. Has 4-5 bikes and we discovered that there are fun bike/walking trails at the dead end of the street. There is a pool at the RV park in town, very reasonable and nice. Suggest you get groceries prior to coming to town. Loved this place!
