Pagosa Springs ("healing waters") is known for its hot springs, great hiking trails, waterfalls, skiing at Wolf Creek. 1 hour from Durango airport, 2-hour drive from Mesa Verde, 3 hours to Santa Fe, NM. Lovely, lively little town w/new restaurants & shops, outdoor concerts & playhouse.

We had a great experience. The house was perfect!

We traveled to Colorado with our family. We chose this house because of the rooms/layout. It turned out to be just what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was very well equipped and we felt comfortable the entire time. The kids loved being able to romp around in the back. The 1st morning we were there 3 red foxes came right up to the window. It was all very exciting!! Thanks Scot!

Wonderful vacation

The property was very well-suited to our needs. Very clean and well-kept, it had everything we needed. We loved the deck and hot tub! We had our own canoe, so having lake access was a treat! The view from the deck is so peaceful...we spent many hours outside enjoying the wildlife and spectacular view. Will definitely visit again if available!

The house was very charming. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Every morning we could view the spendid Wolf Creek pass mountains through a wonderful picture frame window in the den.In the evenings, after skiing, the hot tub really hit the spot.The home owner was wonderful! Great getaway!!
