This is a beautiful two story home on top of the mountain, looking down on the town of Pagosa Springs, CO. Amazing deck that wraps around the house overlooking the forest and mountains. Very large kitchen/common area, ideal for large groups. Very comfortable accomodations including convenient sleeping for 10. There is a hot tub on the deck that overlooks the mountains and faces the gorgeous sunset. Very romantic atmosphere. Huge fireplace in the main room. Even though the house is large, it is very cozy and feels like you are at home. Southwest style decorations. Includes all appliances, dish tv, two car garage parking, large driveway, BBQ, towels, bathroom supplies, some DVD's, some CD's, hot tub usage, phone line for internet hook up, and a game room as well. As a guest, you will be able to take advantage of the private lakes for fishing. Only members of the property owners association and guests get use of the lakes. Wonderful trout, bass, crappie, and perch fishing.

The small town of Pagosa Springs is very quaint and refreshing. In the downtown area, there are wonderful hole in the wall restaurants, local bars and hangouts, as well as amazing hot springs in the middle of town. Gorgeous scenery and very friendly people. The weather is usually sunny and warm in the spring and fall, with some scattered rains that move in and move out quickly. The winter brings thick blankets of snow that coat the entire area. There is river rafting, great fishing, hunting, and all kinds of great shopping and eating.
