There are 19-foot cupola ceilings with wonderful windows that the breeze sways through out this open floor plan.

The entire home is wrapped with 800 square feet of lanai for complete expansion of outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own private slider with lush views all around. Escape into one of the secret gardens to find your own tranquil serenity.

Our brand new but, quaint plantation cottage is nestled in the heart of everything. Only 20 minutes from the hilo international airport. The humidity can be quite tepid... Don 't forget upon arrival to treat yourself to one of the floral leis of your choice. The cool from the flowers brings you to a heavenly temperature.

We believe that vacationing with family and friends should bring people together. It's all about the experience, and that is why we look at every way to enrich that experience.

Around every bend, the home itself is designed for pure pleasure. It is lavishly decorated with timeless, but easy, maintenance furniture and flooring, so there are no worries with children in mind. Outdoor koi ponds and gently bubbling streams are a part of one of the secret gardens,

Step out into the secluded master bathroom suite made of bamboo screens with its private but all natural outdoor shower and romantic Jacuzzi for two. If you are a little shy, the master bedroom has an entire indoor bath with Jacuzzi too.

A Tiki Retreat lies on the one acre grounds for you to escape from the main house to immerse yourself into a good book or meditation. The Lanai for outdoor living with a barbecue and patio table and futons furniture.

Adventure out to many incredible places of natural beauty. The dilemma is deciding which one to experience first. There is a taste of everything. The road that leads you down to the beaches is covered with a canopy of trees different than any I've seen before. It feels like a bit of magic, possibly where fireflies and fairies might live. Don't miss the Lava Tree National Park.

At the end, veer off to the right to POHOIKI BAY, and you'll find where the locals surf, boogie board, fish and watch spectacular sunsets. Also find some of the best barbecued meats with the aroma tantalizing you with every breath. There is a small hot spring just a short hike up past the small red house that kids love to enjoy pond jumping.

NO tourist trappings, Congo lines of cars cluttering the roads and the best of the sites and adventures are free.

Take the Puna Trail south and discover the amazing 90 plus degree, geothermal-heated tide pools that we call the SEASIDE JACUZZI at AHALNUI BEACH PARK. This is a safe and beautiful place for anyone to swim, where you can watch for rainbows and whales.

There is a picturesque Kehena Black Sand Beach, with serious surf for the strong swimmer. This bay is where the spinner dolphins come in to rest. If you get there in the early morning, there is a good chance of seeing the babies leap and play. The red road made of volcano cinder lined with Mango Trees takes you there. But if you wait until dark and travel north to see the sight of molten lava flow glowing in the evening as it enters the ocean. It REALLY can be Quite SPECTACULAR! The island is ever expanding.

We LOVE to have gathering feasts of tropical fruit and flowers: Passion fruit, mango, coconuts, papayas, avocados, apple bananas, lemons, limes. It is entertaining for kids of all ages.
