Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkeling and many more activities. Very private with magnificient views of volcanos and ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. White sand beach.

Windsurf : You can easily rent windsurf equipement on the island.
Nearby Attractions: Maui has incredible natural diversity ranging from desert to rain forest. Visit the rain forest, the National Parks, the Haleakala Crater or the waterfalls. Enjoy a romantic dinner Hawaiian style or survive the drive to Hana. Go for an Helicopter ride, or try whale watching or scubadiving at the nearby Molokai island.

There is a bike route passing next to the house. You can windsurf of kite surf from the beach in front of the house. You can swim out to the reef and surf. A helicopter tour is a real treat.

• Deposits: Payments and Policies Payment detail 50% of the payment is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% and fully-refundable security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days, 100% of payment and the security deposit are due. With a signed copy of the contract and the payment deposit, the booking is final. (balance due 60 days in advance). We allow no more than seven days to receive payment.
   
• Other Fees: Refund policy For cancellation less than 60 days prior to booking, there is no refund. There is a 150$ fee or 12.5 % charge (the higher of the 2) for cancellation more than 60 days prior to booking. If we can reschedule guests, only the cancellation fee of 150$ will be charged. Security deposit A refundable security/damage deposit (the higher of 1000$ or 10% of the rent) is required. Payment methods Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit.
