PLANTATION COTTAGE
This cottage is located on a luxury 4.2 acres property that has 700 feet of ocean beach front property. Extremely private, the Plantation cottage is one of 2 cottages located on the property together with the Main House. It shares the widest residential ocean front on the whole island. At the end of a cul de sac, this 4.2 acres property is one of a kind. The Plantation cottage rents for 500$ (3brm), the Beach cottage rents for 550$ (2brm) a night, and the Main House for 3 500$ a night (3 bdr). There is also a small apartment over and next to the Main House garage that we call the Carriage House which has 2 bedrooms and rents for 280$ a night.

The view is spectacular. At the far end of the property, the Plantation cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area. Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkling and many more activities. Very private with magnificient views of volcanos and ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. White sand beach.

The main house has a private gym and an outside Jacuzzi. It is the top windsurfing place in the world. With 6000 sqft of living space and 5000 sqft of living and dining area, it is unique. For more information on the Main house please contact us.

Close proximity to the airport and the typical little town of Paia. It is a short distance from all the main shopping area in Kahului. Excellent natural and health food stores. The area provides with great outdoors, from biking, trekking, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkling, falls visiting, helicopter rides etc. The island of Maui is a jewell. The weather is relatively constant. The vegetation extraordinary and the actual site of the house is the least rainy place on the island with lush vegetation just a few miles away.

• Lodging Tax: 7.25% GE +4.25% TA
   
• Deposits: 50% of the payment is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% and fully-refundable security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days, 100% of payment and the security deposit are due. With a signed copy of the contract and the payment deposit, the booking is final. (balance due 60 days in advance). We allow no more than seven days to receive payment.
   
• Other Fees: A refundable security/damage deposit (the higher of 1000$ or 10% of the rent) is required.
