This spectacular view “Sustainable Living Ranch” (powered by solar and wind)with 40 +/- acres is located less than 30 miles from Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties making it very convenient but also very private. The design and construction of the quaint 1 bedroom ranch house (only structure on the ranch) incorporates some of the most “state of the art” technologies available today. The house has hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout and is heated by a direct vent double sided fireplace. The kitchen has granite counters along with all new appliances (including a dishwasher) and a large stainless sink with a disposal. The “all white” bath has a soaking tub (for two) and granite counters. There is an outside shower and a soaking tub for up to four people. The CC & R's state that there will be no discharging of firearms or motorcycles allowed.

The property is located near the San Benito Wine Country which is home of the oldest winery in CA. From the ranch house there are 30 + mile views and the ranch is in a rural setting.
