The pics that Anna has posted are very accurate. She has changed out the couch, and it's even better, as it allows for more seating. The unit was clean, and nicely appointed. I would suggest maybe some note pads, for jotting down notes. Also brochures on what to do in the area. Weather is always a hit and miss when at the ocean. But loved that we were right on the beach!! Will be back

It was amazing. The unit we stayed in was decorated so cute and just felt so cozy. Everything you could need was there, just bring your food. My only complaint was the living room window was dirty so the view wasn't as amazing as it could have been. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitly go back.

Oh so perfect. Perfect weather, nice condo with beautiful view. Walked on the beach every morning and ate and the Cowboy Corner Cafe in Watsonville, 15 minutes away for the best breakfasts. Watched sports all afternoon with husband and had dinner in front of the fire. Great memories.

When we entered the condo we were actually surprised at how well appointed it was. The view was breathtaking. Everything was just so easy - from checking in to using the beach. Our children loved the freedom the beach provided and we loved being able to watch them from the balcony. My husband even got some surf fishing in! We all left with sad faces, because it could not have been a better 4 days.

We wanted water front and peace and quiet; we were not disappointed. Just steps from the ocean and a beautiful beach to walk for miles. We were well rested when it was time to return home. The wood burning fireplace was nice and kept us warm especially when an unseasonal storm came blowing in one night. There was no wood in or near the condo and no instructions on where to get wood which was a bummer for us as we arrived later in the evening. We would however, stay here again if we were to return to this part of the country.

We were looking for a spot to take a short vacation not to far from home and found this condo that looked like it would be the right place .When we arrived and opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision --wow--what a view! the place was great , clean , open ceilings and right on the beach .We really enjoyed the three days and wish we could have stayed longer , from the sand dollar races -yes they do move across the beach -the surf fishing -we did not catch anything but it was still fun -boogie boarding ,going to the boardwalk , golfing at Pacific Grove , and mainly just hanging out together it was a great time The condo had everything you needed and the Pajaro Dunes property is well maintained and all the people we met with were very nice and helpful -great time -great place and hopefully we get to go back soon

The privilege of the private beach

What an adventure my boy friend and I had at this oceanfront condo! Compared with public beaches we have seen, this private beach was so nice, clean, and uncrowded.We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Usually, there were fewer than 10 people within eye sight. It is well worth the rent we paid for the privilege of enjoying this private beach that is only steps away from the condo. We built a sand castle on the first day, walked along the fine sandy beach, and fell asleep while sunbathing on the beach. We gathered some drift wood, built a fire, and BBQed the fish we just caught in the ocean. With the fire in front of us and the sunset in the background, the meal tasted more delicious than any fine restaurant cuisine we have ever tried. For dessert, we toasted some marshmallows. My only complaint is that firewood for the fireplace was not provided but we found some later at the onsite convenience store.

Romantic Getaway

We live in Texas and come to the Bay Area often. Whenever possible we stay at this condo to get away and relax. The condo view provides wonderful vistas of sunsets and of a glorious stretch of beach in both directions. While the condo comes with all the comforts of home we mostly enjoy listening and watching the ocean on the deck or on the soft couches inside; with the lights turned off and the fireplace on, it is quite an experience. When we feel a little more adventuresome we have the selection of Monterey or Carmel close by both beautiful locations but it is hard to get us away from ocean and comfort this condo provides. Wonderful fit for our family. Modestly furnished and perfectly situated for excellent views and easy beach access. We rented wetsuits for $10/day from Freeline on 41st and played in the ocean 3-4 hours straight each day. Also read a book on the comfortable sofa in front of the wall sized windows and cat napped almost every day. We relished the ability to do laundry and cook rather than living in sand filled clothes and paying for dining out all the time (though Phil's in Moss Landing is AWESOME). The kids enjoyed the Boardwalk one night and all of us enjoyed the beach camp fires and smores at night. Excellent vacation and planning to book again.

My family loved our weekend stay at this condo. My son and two daughters loved playing in the sand and surf on the water and feeding the duck in the nearby duck pond, and I could even watch them from the deck of the condo when I needed a break. The closeness of the condo to the beach provided very easy access for our family to the bathroom, hot showers, and refreshments. My husband and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking up to the stunning ocean view from the master bedroom. The children slept comfortably in the upstairs loft. The beach-themed pictures and tasteful décor made us feel right at home. The three closeby tennis courts and a basketball court were an extra bonus. We will book this unit again without a doubt!

Wow, what a great time I had visiting this amazing, nicely decorated beach condo right on the beach with stunning views. Every day was a great experience. I relaxed on the wide, sandy beach watching the surf for hours at a time. Simply beautiful! Good therapy for me. I haven't relaxed this much in years. I also toured nearby artsy Carmel, drove the scenic 17 Mile Drive, and had dinner at Clint Eastwood's Hog's Breath Restaurant. It was so much fun.
