Immaculate, private home just south of Palatka in San Mateo. Home is on 1/2 acre on a wide canal with access to the mighty St. Johns River. The area is considered the Bass Capital of Florida with Bass as large as 17 lbs. caught. Small fishing boat and motor included.
Fish or look for alligators and other abundant wildlife along Dunn's Creek, Murphy's Creek or on beautiful Crescent Lake, all accessible right outside your door. While within easy reach of stores such as Walmart, thousands of acres of Federal and State land along the navigatable creeks make this a real find in an otherwise overcrowded state.
