Description of the Palermo vacation apartment rental

Private beach and swimming pool, 20 minute of bus from historic centre of Palermo. For a nice holiday, a flat restored with beautiful final touches. Positioned only 600 mt from our private, cleaned and equipment BEACH and it 's accessible to walk or with our bike. Our guest has free access to swimming-pool near the apartment and 10 mt from the sea, adapt for children and adult. The flat is established by bed-room with double-bed, wardrobe, balcony, and shower/wc (towels). Living room-kitchen (kitchenette, fridge, oven and crockery dishes, balcony and window) where is possible with a supplement put a sofa-bed for 2 person. Situated 200 mt from bus stop for Palermo(20 minutes by bus) and 15 minutes from airport by car or train. The flat is near supermarket, shops, public park and beach. We are always at your disposition.

Capaci is a small town 12 kilometres far away from Palermo.
The main attraction is the wonderful beach, that offers any kind of tourist infrastructure for the young or old people. There are lots of fish restaurants, bars, shops, tennis or soccer fields, water sport activities (kitsurf, surf, canoe).
In winter the tourism moves to the main square of the town, with a lot local typical and charming locals and taverns.
You can reach Palermo in 10 minutes, by car or public transportation (bus or train), and also Falcone-Borsellino airport which is situated 15 minutes far away.
