Weekly and Nightly vacation rental in Palermo

The apt is very conveniently located in the historic part of Palermo. You can go by foot everywhere , 30mn from the train and bus station. It is decorated with very good taste . We are very much delighted of our stay and felt like home !!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man brauchen könnte: Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, genügend Wäsche und Decken, Radio, Fernsehen. Die Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der Verkehrslärm ist absolut gering, weil es sich um eine kleine Straße handelt.
Während unsreres Aufenthaltes wurde in der Wohnung unter unserer bebaut, was ziemlich laut war. Die meisten Häuser in der Umgebung sind aber schon sehr gut renoviert, Baulärm dürfte also in Zukunft eher selten sein. Baulärm kann einem in Palermo aber überall blühen, weil eigentlich die ganze Altstadt restauriert wird. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, ist das aber kaum ein Problem.

Charming apartment made our stay very comfortable!

We stayed in this apartment for a week in February. The apartment is very charming, clean, and cozy. The area is quiet. The neighbors and local folk were very kind to us. It was lovely to wake up to the church bells next door and hear the children playing outside. The apartment is in a very convenient location. It was only a 15 minutes walk from the train and bus station so we easily visited other parts of Sicily. The shop owners and restaurant staff were incredibly nice - they helped us order off menus as we don't know much Italian. The supermarket was just around the corner. The apartment has everything vacationers need for cooking, clean bathroom, and cozy sleeping. There is a great stereo, TV and DVD player in the apartments so bring your CD's and DVD's along with you for entertainment! Mrs. Rosella and Pietro and his wife were so nice and helpful to us. They will arrange to pick you up at the airport if you'd like. I highly recommend this apartment!

Ottima posizione strategica per visitare l'affascinante centro storico di Palermo (...e non solo!), vicinanza al mare della costa cittadina con un'estesa area verde in cui potersi riposare o lasciar correre liberamente i bambini e (...i propri pensieri), ospitalità squisita dei proprietari, fanno di questa piccola, ma affascinante casa-vacanze (fornita di ogni confort) un luogo ideale dove rigenerarsi senza rinunciare praticamente a nulla! Vivamente consigliata a chi cerca l'impossibile: un rifugio solitario e un'oasi di pace.... in mezzo alla città e alla gente!

Great apartment! / Tolles Appartement!

The apartment is really beautiful, and it corresponded not only our expectations but we were excited! It really is all there, what you need. The furniture is very high quality and comfortable. We had the feeling to be right at home, because every piece of furniture has a personal touch. The apartment is completely safe, the house is newly renovated. The situation in the old town is ideal. The car we had on the street outside the house in safe and free parking. (We had the car only because we still had other accommodations in Sicily. For a visit to Palermo you need not have a car!) The side street is quiet at night you can hear almost nothing. We can recommend the apartment absolutely! And we thank you again for the very attentive and helpful support by Donatella!

Das Appartement ist wirklich wunderschön, und es entsprach nicht nur unseren Erwartungen, sondern wir waren begeistert! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Möbel sind sehr hochwertig und bequem. Wir hatten das Gefühl, richtig zuhause zu sein, denn jeder Einrichtungsgegenstand hat eine persönliche Note. Die Wohnung ist absolut sicher, das Haus ist neu renoviert. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist optimal. Das Auto haben wir auf der Strasse vor dem Haus sicher und umsonst geparkt. (Wir hatten das Auto nur, weil wir noch andere Unterkünfte auf Sizilien hatten. Für einen Palermo-Besuch braucht man kein Auto!) Die Nebenstrasse ist ruhig, nachts hört man fast gar nichts. Wir können das Appartement absolut empfehlen! Und wir danken nochmals für die sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Donatella!

Great appartment, great location.

We enjoyed our 10 day day in Palermo. The appartment was quite nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The apt is only a few blocks from the seawall and a block from a fruits and veggie market and a couple seafood restaurants.

The apartment is well represented by the photographs and the description. The one thing missing that would have made a difference would be internal wi-fi. The neighborhood is exciting and historic, close to the sea, restaurants, music and walkable to Palermo's historic sites for good walkers. The owner provides excellent information about the area. He offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment, which was very helpful and got us off to a good start.
