This lovely vacation cottage is private and secluded, and yet is just a stone throw from US1 and is near the shopping centers of Palm Bay and Melbourne on Florida's beautiful Indian River Lagoon. In fact, it is just across the road from Lagoon House, the visitors information center for the Indian River Lagoon National Scenic Byway. A beautiful white sand beach is 10 minutes away, and a large pool is in your
patio. This 600 square foot cottage is laid out with open living space and an enclosed bedroom, and is just right for two persons to enjoy cozy living. Convenience to what you want to see and do to make the most of a delightful Florida getaway is a key feature of Florida Cottage.

Area Description

The beautiful sandy public beach of Indialantic is a ten minute drive. Golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails, spas, movies, theaters, fishing - every entertainment and sports activity one could wish for are within easy traveling distance. The Kennedy Space Center, which has a Visitors Center which interprets America's Space Program, is an
hour away, as is Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, all world class destinations. The pool and patio, ideal for outdoor living and barbecues, are shared only by the owners, Ann and Ted Moorhead, who live in the main house across the pool from the cottage. They are friendly, but unobtrusive. Florida Cottage is truly a comfortable home
where you will enjoy your winter holidays.
