Description of the Palm Bay vacation home rental

Put yourself in the middle of it all!!
Welcome to Florida's Spacecoast and Treasure Coast just east of Orlando! Home of the
Kennedy Space Center, over 72 miles of pristine beaches, 169 parks,
23 golf courses, 30 marinas and mild year round climate to enjoy it
all. Only 60 minutes to Disney area attractions too!

If you're intrested in arts and culture the Brevard area hosts
symphonies, ballet, opera, Broadway musicals, comedy, jazz, museums,
galleries and children's events.

The spacious 2600 square foot home constructed in 2006 is a 4
bedroom 2 bath with a billiard table, a back
porch for relaxing outdoors, Queen bed in the master, bunk bed (twin
top and full bottom)in bedroom 2, twin beds in bedroom 3, a full bed
in bedroom 4 and a pull out sofa in the family room. The open
floorplan with 10 foot ceilings provides a spacious atmoshere with
plenty of room for family gathering.

Our home includes the use of our bicycles, beach equipment, boogie
boards, and fishing poles. Use our metal detectors to try your hand
at treasure hunting on the nearby beaches where numerous Spanish
galleons carrying gold were shipwrecked hundreds of years ago.

Enjoy nearby Orlando area attractions (approx. 1 hour drive),
Kennedy Space Center (approx. 40 minute drive),
beaches (approx. 20 minute drive), Melbourne Zoo,Melbourne Mall, GOLF!(Majors Golf Club is a par 72 Arnold Palmer signature golf course only a few minutes away), fishing,
boating, canoeing, surfing, snorkeling, manatee viewing, observe sea turtle nesting between May 1 and Oct 1, treasure hunting, arts and culture,
shopping and much more.

I was a little apprehensive about renting a house on line, sight unseen, however I would highly recommend this property. We had a total of 10 people that slept quite comfortably in the house. All amenities were nice and well taken care of. Would recommend this property to anyone needing a house in the area.
