Private courtyard for outdoor dining and entertaining and a bonus second patio for grilling right off the kitchen. Split floor bedroom plan, each with queen bed. Two assigned parking spaces. Quiet complex of pastel painted stucco homes... reminds me of Key West. Heated pool and jogging trail for staying in shape. All these amenities and easy access to Palm Bay Road and I-95 too. Shopping and restaurants nearby so you save on fuel. 1 mile to Harris Industries and Florida Tech 4 miles to beaches.
