Description of the Palm Beach vacation condo rental

UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN 2013...

Located at the Occidental Grand Hotel. All-Inclusive resort. Ocean Front Building. Unit is an ocean view. Excellent location! Great property! Unit and hotel is clean. Unit has been updated recently. The beach is awesome. The hotel staff is friendly and focused on customer service and fun. Close to many activities!

There are 2 bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper in the Living Room. We usually request a double bed to be brought in rather than using the sofa sleeper.

I have seen people smoke outside but not in the rooms or restaurants.

Let us know the dates you want--7 nights--and we will make the reservation. Usually Saturday to Saturday. Rate of $1,000 is for 7 nights.

This is an all-inclusive property and the rate is approximately $110 per day per adult. This includes all food and beverage--alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Rate for children is significantly lower.

Area Information

Palm Beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life. Great Area!
