This classic Palm Beach home is located one house from the ocean. The home owns a private ocean terrace (with shower) leading to the beach and is one block away from the serene and scenic bike trail/walking path bordering the Intercoastal waterway.

The airy, classic Florida open plan offers Palm Beach vacation living at its best. The house, built in the 50’s, has been entirely renovated/updated in 2006 while keeping some of its original architectural features. Access to the fully enclosed garden and large grassy yard is through sliding doors to a huge, fully covered loggia opening from the expansive living and family rooms.

Each of the three bedrooms located in the south wing has a full ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms in the north wing share a full bathroom.

The newly fitted, granite countered kitchen and separate laundry facilities comprise the remaining amenities in the property.

The home, which is kept immaculate by a housekeeper and a property manager, is casually but very elegantly furnished.
