Second floor condo in the well known Golf Villas section of Pga National, home of the 2007 Pga Tour's Honda Classic. Located within walking distance to the "like new 40 million dollar renovation" Resort and Spa, and its 7 restaurants open to the public. Well done Florida style decor and furniture, large condo with floor to ceiling windows in most areas, making it a bright unit. Great exposure, breezy with canal and practice area views. Watch the Egrets, Ibis, and Herons, and a small aligator once in a while. Just off Pga Blvd, home of all the trendy and waterfront restaurants, with destinations like Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place, The Gardens Mall, McArthur State Park and Beach, Abacoa, St Louis Cardinals spring training, and more within 5 miles.
Full charter golf requires the higher rent and transfer fee of 800 and tax payable to Pga National Golf Club. This transfer fee is not guaranteed and can be changed at any time.
